My name is Rachel, my friends and family call me Ray.  I am the owner of Love Olive Me. Love Olive Me is a local business that promotes self-care and personal growth. Our products are consciously created to enhance your self-care experience.

My goal in this life is to hold space, and support others who are on the path of self-healing. As a child I experienced several traumatic events that led to depression, anxiety and PTSD. Throughout my adult life I have spent over a decade practicing different types of  healing modalities and understanding these parts of myself. What worked for me may not work for you, but I’d like to give you other holistic options and support you on your journey of healing.
