Love Olive Me has created our very own Magnesium Spray!

This invigorating cleansing mist is just what you need to help create calm in your space, improve your sleep, fight colds, reduce muscle and joint pain and boost your energy.

How do I use it?

Spray it anywhere EXTERNALLY on your body. If you are spray your face I recommend extending your arm as far as possible.

Spray it on your sheets, on your pillow case.

It works best if you spray it under your arms straight into the lymphatic system. For faster results, I recommend doing a underarm detox with bentonite clay.

I like to spray it on my body after a shower and while my pores are open and ready to absorb the ingredients.
