Reiki with Ray

Rachel owner and creator of Love Olive Me has created a calming environment for you to come and relax as she uses her palms to transfer “universal energy” to open and balance your 7 chakras.

Reiki pronounced (ray-key) is an ancient healing modality that uses universal energy to promote physical and emotional well-being.

Your chakras are seven energy points throughout your body . I open those chakras, clear out any unwanted or stagnant energy, and enhance your philosophical center point.

When you arrive you’ll lay face down on my massage table, I’ll place a hot towel (scent of your choice) on your neck. I’ll smudge the space and your energy with sage and I’ll begin the Reiki session. I’ll start with your crown chakra and work my way down to your root chakra.

It is important to stay open as I assist you to center yourself. Sometimes your mind might wonder off, focus on your breath. Sometimes emotions may arise and that is completely normal.

You’ll turn over on your back, and I’ll continue to cleanse your chakras with sage, sound and universal energy.

Once I’m done, you’ll have an opportunity to take your time, pull a few oracle, sacred path or Goddess cards (if you choose to). You’ll meet me in the kitchen for a reflection & tea.
